We provide immediate remote support through secure VPN connections and on-site assistance when required, ensuring fast issue resolution and minimal downtime across your systems.
Remote Support
Proces-Automatik offers remote support through a VPN tunnel, allowing us to assist customers immediately.
We recommend that customers establish a VPN connection between Proces-Automatik and their systems. This enables us to handle daily ad hoc tasks directly from our office, helping to reduce unnecessary costs.
This means that no matter where we are located, customers can contact us and receive immediate support. This ensures that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
On-Call Service
Proces-Automatik offers an on-call service through a separate agreement.
The on-call service includes defined response times and 24/7 support.
Response times are structured as follows:
- Telephone support within 2 hours of receiving the call
- On-site support within 5 hours (on connected islands), by agreement with the customer
Customers who choose Proces-Automatik are automatically included in the on-call service from the beginning of the collaboration.
To ensure the best possible support, we recommend the following before the on-call service is activated:
- A walkthrough of the relevant facilities
- VPN access
- Introduction to the system setup
